Almost all of my teachers think the same, when I say almost it's because not all of them think that way, they think that their subjects are more important than others, sometimes the workload is too high and intense and other weeks we don't have almost anything. Some of the subjects have a lot of texts so it takes you a lot of time to read them and the evaluations are pretty exhausting because every test needs a lot of material to study. About the length of the career I know it takes you about five years to graduate, but that is in the best scenario.
To start i have to say that this career it's not a faculty, it's a "school" of government and public management, so the facilities aren't too great compared to other faculties, the building it's small and the infrastructure it's a little outdated, but we have the essentials to study and develop our career. Some subjects use more the technology than others but in this year we haven't used too much technology, maybe in the future.
The teaching methods in this school it's the classical method, a teacher talks about the subject and the students take notes, later we use some texts to complement what the teachers said or not even that, we use the text to guide the class. Then we study and we do the evaluation or in some cases we do some projects, presentations or some reports about some particular theme.
I'm agree with you about de workload, it isn't the same every week and some days you have 4 tests but then you have a week of no tests. It's a problem that need to be solve quickly
ResponderEliminari hate too read so many things for a subject!
ResponderEliminarI think the workload is a problem of organization. This faculty needs more coordination between teachers.
